Payment plan (all units): 10% down + 10% after 60 days + 10% after 120 days + 7 quarterly installments at 4.5% each (31.5% total) + 10% on completion of grey structure (originally 27 months) + 3 further quarterly installments at 4.5% each (13.5% total) + 15% on possession (originally due Dec 2024 per this payment plan). Note: the developer's own project overview page separately states Construction Phase 1 (Jul-Dec 2024), Phase 2/finishing through Dec 2025, and handover in Q4 2025 - later than the Dec 2024 possession date printed on the payment plan, so treat exact dates as subject to the developer's confirmation.
