New Life Residencia is a joint-venture development between DHA Lahore and New Life Developers (Pvt.) Ltd (CEO Abdul Saboor Shaikh), under a JV agreement dated 14 January 2021, on a 23.83-kanal site (696,268 sqft covered area).
