Kuwait Mall is a 30-floor mixed-use project (G+6 commercial levels plus residential floors) opposite the Eiffel Tower replica in Bahria Town Lahore, Sector E. IMPORTANT SOURCING NOTE: the project's own site (thekuwaitmall.com) names "Izhar Group" as developer, but Izhar Construction (Pvt) Ltd has issued a formal public notice explicitly disavowing any connection to this project, stating that an operator trading as "UA Constructions" is falsely claiming association with the Izhar name and warning against further unauthorized use of it. `developer_id` is recorded here as UA Constructions (the actual operator per that notice) rather than the falsely-claimed Izhar Group, at the user's explicit instruction after this was flagged. UA Constructions itself could not be independently verified beyond a Facebook business page and a Bahria Town Lahore office address (31C Nishtar Block, Main Boulevard) -- no further corroboration of its track record was found. LDA-approved per the project's own claim (not independently verified). Units start from PKR 24 Lac on a 3-year installment plan; no further pricing breakdown (per-sqft rate, down payment %, exact unit sizes) was published anywhere reachable.
