About Imarat Downtown
Imarat Downtown is a large mixed-use business district on the Islamabad Expressway by Imarat Group of Companies (real-estate arm formalized 2017, tracing back to the Raja family's Raja Market business from the 1950s). It is an umbrella of several distinct towers/precincts under one masterplan: Mall of IMARAT and Mall of IMARAT Tower 2 (retail/commercial), Imarat Residences and Imarat Residences 2 (apartments), Hospitality Tower 1 (Marriott-affiliated serviced apartments), and Imarat Grand Bazar (commercial). Mall of IMARAT and some towers are already operational; others remain under construction. Amenities include the Monal Imarat restaurant, the Imarat Executive Club fitness facility, green parks and event spaces.
