Clock Tower is a 12-floor residential tower on a 2-Kanal plot in H-13, Islamabad, opposite NUST University's Gate 2 on Kashmir Highway. A joint venture between BuildCo Pvt Ltd (Islamabad, founded 2018) and EverGreen Developers Pvt Ltd (Rawalpindi, founded 2018) -- confirmed independently via BuildCo's own site (buildco.com.pk/clock-tower-islamabad) alongside EverGreen's branding on the official payment-plan document, plus iReal Projects and Towers.pk. Roman and Spanish-inspired architecture; residential units on floors 4-12 (Lower Ground and Ground below). Studio, 1-bed (Smart/Deluxe tiers), and 2-bed (Luxury) apartments, uniformly priced at PKR 14,500/sqft with Front and Corner units carrying a 10% surcharge each. As of a November 2024 construction update, the Lower Ground/Ground/1st floor structure was complete with the 2nd floor being poured. Note: some third-party listings (iReal Projects) cite a wider unit-size range (409 sq.ft to 1,200+ sq.ft) than the 300-944 sq.ft range shown on the official payment-plan document used here -- possibly an earlier floor-plan revision; the payment-plan document's own numbers (which is what this DB's payment_plans rows are sourced from) were used since they reconcile exactly.
