City Walk is a G+2 commercial retail project at the main entrance of Faisal Hills on GT Road, developed by Faisal Town Group (reusing this DB's existing developer account, the same company behind Faisal Hills itself) in a joint venture with Square Four Developments -- per an MOU reported independently of the source that surfaced this project (linkers.com.pk, a marketing/broker platform, not the developer). Square Four itself is described independently as operating "within the Faisal Town Group ecosystem," so this reads as an internal group partnership rather than an outside broker-misattribution case. Designed as a pedestrian retail street (inspired by international retail-walkway developments) with ground-floor retail/outdoor seating, first-floor restaurants/cafes, and second-floor rooftop dining. 70 units across 2.5 Kanal, sizes 162-415.62 sqft, priced PKR 32,000-68,000/sqft depending on floor and position. Payment: 30% down payment, 10% on grey structure completion, 10% on possession, remainder over a 4-year plan (exact monthly schedule not published). Possession expected within 2 years of booking.
