Nasheman Colony
Multan
Overview
Nasheman Colony is an established residential colony on Bosan Road, Multan, near Sabzazar Metro Station and adjacent to North Gulgasht Colony, Labour Colony, and Income Tax Officers Colony. It spans approximately 646 Kanal with more than 30 operational commercial buildings, a planned road network, and nearby health, education, and transport facilities. No developer, builder, or society-management company name was found published anywhere reachable -- every source (Zameen, Graana, SabzProperty, Wikimapia) describes it as an established organic city colony with individually-owned resale plots and houses (5-7 Marla range commonly seen), not a single-developer-branded scheme, the same treatment as Khan Village, Teacher Avenue, and Shalimar Colony elsewhere in Multan. Legal/approval status checked directly against primary sources rather than assumed: Nasheman Colony does not appear on the Multan Development Authority (MDA)-approved societies compilation (plotistan.pk, 2026-dated, 200+ entries) checked independently, but it also does not appear on a dedicated 181-scheme MDA illegal-housing-schemes list (fetched and checked directly, name by name) -- neither flagged as illegal nor listed as formally approved, consistent with it being an older, organic colony that predates MDA's formal regularization tracking rather than a disputed private scheme. No NOC reference number, total plot count, phase/block breakdown, or structured payment plan published anywhere reachable -- resale asking prices seen (PKR 1.45-2.35 Crore across listed houses) reflect individual owner pricing, not a developer price list, so no payment-plan-style figures were recorded.
