Overview

Citi Housing Multan is an MDA (Multan Development Authority)-approved scheme on Main Bosan Road in Luftabad, near Bahauddin Zakariya University and DHA Multan, ~1 hour from Multan International Airport. Launched June 2020 as Citi Housing's 5th project after established schemes in Sialkot, Faisalabad, Jhelum, and Gujranwala -- an independently corroborated, multi-city developer with no verification-bar concerns. Developer: Citi Housing (Pvt.) Ltd., owned by Amer Malik. Three initial residential blocks (not individually named in sources found) plus a named **Jinnah Block** (launched Sept 3, 2020, 5 & 7 Marla plots) recorded as a real `society_blocks` row.
