Overview
Pros
✓LDA-approved status confirmed via multiple independent broker sources
✓Named amenities (water filtration plant, underground utilities) go beyond bare marketing claims
Cons
×Payment plan components consistently sum to only ~80% of the stated total across every plot size found -- a real, unresolved discrepancy, not a one-off error
×A YouTube video links the project to ARY News journalist Iqrar ul Hassan (known for investigative/expose reporting) -- no confirmed allegation, but flagged as an open question
×No separate parent company or corporate track record found beyond the project's own branding
