Lifestyle Residency (FGEHA)

Overview

Lifestyle Residency is a Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) apartment scheme on Bedian Road, Lahore, near village Thethar and Rohi Nala Road, roughly 14km from the airport and 6km from the Ring Road's Nawaz Sharif Interchange, close to DHA Phase 9 and 10. Built on approximately 75 Kanals for Federal Government employees, planned for 1,258 apartments (1, 2, and 3 bedroom configurations) with a gym and community centre. Development stalled at points and was directed to resume/accelerate per Ministry of Housing & Works statements -- current completion status not independently confirmed beyond that directive. Sourced from FGEHA's own official site plus independent press coverage (ProPakistani, Dawn).
