Overview

Engineers Town (formally "The Co-operative Engineers Town Society Ltd") is an LDA-approved cooperative housing society established in 1988, located between Defence Road and Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Developer/managing body: the Institution of Engineers Pakistan (IEP) -- a professional engineering body, not a private developer, confirmed via the society's own official site (engineerstown.org.pk) and independent listings. Organized into two sectors, Sector A and Sector B. A gated community with wide paved roads, parks, schools, and mosques. Two projects in this DB sit at Engineers Town addresses: Amanah Noor Residence (Mangla Road, Sector B) and Pine Enclave (Block F-4, Main Boulevard) -- both newly linked here; two other similarly-named nearby projects, Pine Homes and Q-High Street, were checked and found to actually sit on Pine Avenue (Eden Abad), a different location, so were deliberately NOT linked here.
