Dream Housing Society

Overview

Dream Housing is an LDA-approved housing society on Main Raiwind Road, Lahore, near the Adda Plot Interchange -- opposite Superior University and close to Lake City, Bahria Orchard, University of Lahore, Beaconhouse National University, and COMSATS. Developed by Chohan Developers. PP1 NOC granted; PP2 NOC still pending as of the most recent sources checked. Residential plots in 3/5/7/10 Marla and 1 Kanal, plus 2/4/5 Marla commercial plots, sold on a 3-year installment plan. A named "Safari Block" has since reached possession stage for members who have cleared their dues -- the rest of the society is still under phased development. Sourced from Zameen's blog and cross-checked against more recent (2025-2026) broker sources for current NOC/possession status; developer's own site not independently reachable during research.
