Overview

Blue World City Lahore is a residential and commercial plot scheme on Main Canal Road, Lahore, about 4 minutes from Lahore Ring Road and the Multan Road Interchange. It is a Lahore sister project of the well-known Blue World City near Chakri Interchange, Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The developer is the BGC-IGC Consortium: Blue Group of Companies (BGC), led by Mr. Saad Nazir and Mr. Burair Nazir and operating since 1998, together with Imperium Group of Companies (IGC), led by Ch. Nadeem Ejaz and Ch. Naeem Ejaz. The scheme is approved by PHATA (Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency). Residential plots come in 3, 4, 5, 8, and 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal sizes; commercial plots in 4, 5, and 8 Marla. The payment structure is 15% down payment, followed by a minimum monthly installment of PKR 10,000 per Marla.
