Overview

Askari Villas Karachi (also known as Askari 6 / Askari VI) is a well-established residential housing scheme in Malir Cantonment, Karachi, developed and administered by the Army Welfare Trust (AWT) under Cantonment Board oversight. Villas are available on 250-270, 300 and 375 sq. yard plots, with mature infrastructure - roads, parks and utility connections already in place, unlike a newly-launched scheme. Secondary-market resale prices range roughly from PKR 5.5 Crore (250-270 sq yd) up to PKR 8.3 Crore (375 sq yd). Where new bookings are available, terms typically follow a 30% down payment with 36 monthly installments during construction and a final payment at possession; lump-sum purchase is also common on the resale market.
